A message dated June 1, 1999, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 61                                                             
"An Act relating to an exemption from the requirement for                     
payment for overtime under a voluntary written agreement for                   
certain employees in the airline industry; and providing for an
